The SBCMEA is a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the cause of music at all levels of education throughout the San Bernardino County, the largest county in the nation.  The SBCMEA offers many programs to engage young musicians in most every aspect of music making.   These include: several choral festivals at the elementary, junior high and high school level; honor string orchestras; honor bands in the high desert and basin areas; and a solo competition in vocal and instrumental music for all three grade levels.
